Brezel-ino is inspired by the ancient recipes
of the traditional Central European bakery where the Brezel was born and still
prepared according to the particular method of cooking Laugengebäck which also
includes the glaze with beaten egg and covered with coarse salt.
Keeping these features we changed its look and
we propose Brezel-shaped bread stick, as an ideal
alternative to bread or as a snack. It's
perfectl with ham, bacon and every kind of smoked meats, it's excellent with
sausage and mustard and accompanied by beer as in typical Bavarian tradition.
